Fee agreement
At the end of the first meeting, a fee agreement will be entered into between Maître Théo Renaudie and you in order to ensure clarity, transparency and predictability of fees.
The four possible methods of calculating fees are detailed below: flat fee, success fee, hourly rate or subscription fee.
Your insurance policies may include a legal protection : the choice of your lawyer is free.
To contribute to access to justice, Maître Renaudie accepts legal aid.

Flat fee
For certain services, a fixed and all-inclusive cost will be offered to you. This flat fee clear and transparent will be agreed upon upfront with Maître Renaudie and cannot be changed without your consent.
Success fee
In addition to a flat fee or hourly rate, it will be possible to agree with Maître Renaudie on a success fee corresponding to a percentage of the savings or gain achieved.
Hourly rate
For certain complex tasks, with your agreement, the fee may be calculated on a hourly rate predefined hourly rate. For your information, the hourly rate hourly rate of Maître Renaudie is €200 excluding VAT.
Subscription fee
In case of recurring need and according to your preferences for billing, it will be possible to agree with Maître Renaudie on a customized subscription to provide solutions to your common questions while ensuring you a visibility on your expenses.
Fee dispute
In case of dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, or execution of the fee agreement, the President of the Versailles Bar Association may be seized at your request or at the request of Maître Renaudie.
The fee agreement will remind you of the possibility to use a consumer mediator in case of a dispute arising from the said agreement, in accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code.
